I have ordered salt-crusted fish in Portugal several times and have always been impressed by the results. The process was a complete mystery until now… I am excited to try it myself!
I really think it’s the only way to go with a whole fish. Perfect texture and amount of saltiness. Easy to boot. I’m making another one this weekend!
